BUTTER BALLS

BAKING TIME: 22 Mins

OVEN TEMP: 325°F


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lb of butter

  • 5 TBS sugar

  • pinch salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 cups of ground pecans

  • 2 cups flour

  • Confectionary Sugar for rolling

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the confectionary sugar)

  2. Chill in fridge

  3. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees, and roll dough into balls

  4. Bake for 22 minutes

  5. While balls are baking, put confectionary sugar in a bowl or plate

  6. When balls are done, roll it in the confectionary sugar (while it is hot)
